How to track your order

  1. Select View my orders and enter the email address you used for your purchase.
  2. Use the one-time code sent to your email to sign in, then select your order.
  3. View your order status and any available shipment tracking. Tracking details appear once they have been added to your order.

You can also open the order-status link in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.

Not seeing tracking yet?

Your order may still be preparing to ship, or the carrier may not have scanned the package yet. Shipment updates and delivery estimates depend on the carrier and may not appear right away. If your order ships in separate packages, check each shipment for its tracking details.
